Whether you need us to find you a lot to build on or you already own or have identified your lot, Meridian Homes can help guide you through the process of designing and building a new home. Our approach is designed to put all our experience, management ability, and operational systems at your service. Throughout the process, we work with architects, other professionals, and craftspeople without compromising your budget.

• Professional Services Agreement:   This starts the process of your new home, and includes the creation of project specifications, a budget and architectural drawings.

• Construction Agreement:   Floorplans and elevations have been finalized. We have managed your expectations with selections and options to determine a final price. A contract is signed at this time and construction begins.

• Progress Meetings:   Even though selections have been made and our Project Managers guide you through the daily operations, you will attend periodic scheduled meetings at the site to maintain open communication. This provides you with a forum for making remaining selections and modifications, as well as discussions of outstanding issues and identification of upcoming construction activities. 

• Inspections: You will have the opportunity to see the quality behind the walls at your Pre-Drywall Inspection. You can count on us to perform a complete walkthrough of your new home before your own Pre-Settlement Inspection.
  
  
• Move-In: As work is completed, we will provide you with a complete review of your project, consisting of a pre-occupancy inspection to identity any items requiring attention. At 60 days and 11 months after completion, we perform a follow-up visits to identity any other warrantable issues that may require further work.
  
  
• Warranty: We provide our own comprehensive Meridian Homes warranty for all of our clients, combined with manufacturers' warranties for consumer products and other items in your home. This provides one year of coverage on craftsmanship, two years on mechanical systems and five years on structural systems, assuring you the umbrella protection you need and deserve.
