Meridian Homes has just begun the process of building another gorgeous new home, located at 5840 Marbury Road in Bethesda, Maryland. Demolition of an old home on the lot is now complete and, as always, Meridian Homes puts tremendous effort into being as “green” as possible during this process. The old home was carefully disassembled and all masonry and metal products will be recycled. All trees on the lot are preserved, except for those that will be in the footprint of the new home. And, we installed a recycled concrete entrance to the construction site which will help to protect the environment by preventing soil from eroding from the lot. Follow our progress as we post more information as construction on The Marbury begins.
