We Make It Easy To Build Your New Custom Home

We first met our new client when they attended a Meridian Homes Open House last year in Bethesda. They loved the design of the brand-new home and the quality of our construction.  They were struck by the wonderful amenities this home had to offer, and wanted us to build a custom home for them. As we are always committed to doing, we built a relationship with this young family and helped them to find the perfect lot that met all of their criteria.

In addition, we have a network of trusted colleagues, and we were able to connect our client with a finance representative and the architect who created the perfect floor plans for them.  We broke ground in early November 2014 and expect that construction will be completed by the end of April 2015.  Our clients can’t wait to move into their dream home!
