A Brand New Home From Start To Finish

Meridian Homes designed and built a brand new home located in the Kenwood Park neighborhood of Bethesda.  An older home was on this prime piece of real estate, so Meridian Homes took the opportunity to infill build a beautiful new dream home that fits into the neighborhood flawlessly.

We demolished the old home, which you can see in the “Before” pictures shown in the Photos tab.  The “During” photos reveal some of what goes into the construction process as we created this new home from the ground up.  And finally, the “After” photos show the completed gorgeous new home.

This Arts & Crafts style home has 3 finished levels with a gourmet kitchen, home office, mudroom, master suite and a huge basement recreation room. The expansive backyard is the perfect, private retreat.
