Meridian Homes is in the process of renovating the residence of The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, which is located in the Spring Valley area of Washington, DC.
To date, Meridian Homes has replaced all windows and obsolete plumbing, electrical and heating/air conditioning systems to ensure energy efficiency in accord with today’s standards. A new state-of-the-art security system has also been installed. We have also redesigned and renovated the bathrooms, media room and exterior of the residence.
As you can see from the photo below, the kitchen in the consular residence is in the final stages of renovation. The outdated kitchen has been replaced with a brand-new commercial style kitchen to keep up with the demands of entertaining and daily living in the home, pairing function with beauty.
