What happens when owners purchased their brand-new home 17 years ago, had a growing family, and found that the floorplan no longer met their needs? They hired Meridian Homes to renovate their home to create an updated, more modern, liveable space.
The extensive renovation included reworking the master suite, relocating the basement staircase, refinishing the hardwood floors and re-routing the front stoop to make it a more usable entrance. We also renovated the kitchen and six bathrooms, and repainted the interior of the home. To ensure energy efficiency and safety, we updated the mechanical, eletrical and plumbing systems.
