The project came in on budget, on time and with a smile. Every question or concern that I had was handled promptly and without any indication that my questions may have been silly. I couldn’t ask for more. As I have explained to some people who have asked about my experience, my project manager had the mantra “Fran we want you to be happy.” This was particularly apparent when, because of my poor decision, you all went the extra few miles and traded out a refrigerator (that you had originally advised me against buying) for one that works better in the space. Everyone who worked on my home was professional, courteous, and skilled at his/her task. Most of my friends have been surprised that I have been so pleased – they all have ‘war stories’ about remodels that had problem. I simply have no complaints. This was, indeed a problem free experience for me.
