We LOVE our new home.

Meridian Homes did a fabulous job with us.  Given the tremendous trepidation with which my wife and I approached the idea of selecting a custom homebuilder, they truly outperformed, across the board. Michael Lerner, in particular, who oversaw our project, and our lead builder, the lead carpenter, were truly exceptional. We were extraordinarily impressed and their attention to detail was superb.  The construction was done on time and within budget. In fact, they were able to build the home months quicker than the conservative timeframe was projected at achieving, with a little luck from the weather.  We always knew where we stood every step of the way and whenever we had a question or concern, we got an immediate response.  There were NO surprises.  In addition there was a series of meetings scheduled on every aspect of the build from what we were selecting through every aspect of the building process.  They were absolutely transparent with costs and gave great advice about what was worth spending extra money on and what was not. Most importantly, the quality of their work was exceptional — We LOVE our new home.  If someone were to ask my wife and me about our experience, I would, without a doubt, tell them go with Meridian.  Not only was it money well spent, but we have complete confidence going forward that they will assist us on an ongoing basis with any issue that might arise.
