He (and Meridian) take great pride in their work.

We are in a new home built by Meridian and it has been excellent so far. Craftsmanship is great, all the selections/finishes are fantastic, and the design is perfect across the board. Best of all, Jonathan, one of the principals, is fantastic to work with. He is a perfectionist with an amazing eye for detail and a great sense for design. He (and Meridian) take great pride in their work and clearly want their customers to be happy and love their new home (or renovation). In fact, more than once, we had various tradesmen comment on something really smart that Meridian did in the construction process (e.g., the layout of the laundry was perfect to fit new washer/dryers including room for cables which the installers indicated many new builds get wrong; wiring for cable/internet included power so Verizon did not have to drill in a new line, as they normally have to do). I would be hard pressed to identify something I would have done differently. I would definitely recommend Meridian to anyone in Bethesda/DC area looking for a new home or someone to handle a renovation project!
