We have been in our new place for 5 months now and absolutely love it!

We would like to share our great experience of building a new house with Meridian Homes. We have been in our new place for 5 months now and absolutely love it! The entire experience was so positive that we would definitely work with this wonderful builder again and recommend them to everyone. Both of us were initially hesitant of building instead of buying a home. We were concerned that building would turn into a very stressful full time job. But when we met and talked to Michael, the President of Meridian Homes, we changed our mind. Construction started in November. While typically building a house during winter in the Washington DC area is not a big deal, the winter of our construction project turned out to be very rough, with many snowstorms, weather-caused delays, with days and days when nothing could possibly be done. However, despite everything, the house was completed on time. Michael’s management of subcontractors is superb. The quality of work is very high and Meridian’s focus on customer satisfaction is paramount. We get a lot of compliments on the house from friends and random passersby. We will definitely build with Meridian Homes again.
