We loved working with Meridian Homes. Our project involved a 125 year old home that presented many unexpected surprises during the renovation project. Michael Lerner and his team, including our site manager, were incredibly responsive, creative, thoughtful in terms of budget and time considerations, and flexible. We very much appreciated the insight that Michael and our site manager brought to the job and the willingness to let us take the lead on some aspects of the project. The unique nature of the old home coupled with our 21st century expectations could have been an insurmountable challenge, but Meridian handled the whole project with professionalism and a desire to make us happy. We are thrilled with the final product.
