The work finished on time, and on budget.

We were referred to Michael Lerner at Meridian Homes by a colleague of mine who couldn’t stop raving about Michael and the wonderful experience she had with Meridian when they renovated her townhouse.  Too good to be true?  Well, no, turned out to be very accurate.  We added a screened in porch to the back of our house.  Even though this was a relatively small job, Michael could not have been more attentive.  During our first meeting he listened closely to what we wanted, made suggestions when we didn’t know what we wanted and provided us with a detailed written proposal in a short period of time.  I did not have that experience with some of the other contractors we talked with. The work started on time.  Michael was there every day to make sure the carpenters and other staff understood what needed to happen.  It didn’t all go perfectly, but when a problem arose, it was quickly rectified.  It was amazing to me how many of the sub-contractors who work with Meridian spontaneously spoke about how much they liked working for Michael because of his integrity and honesty. The work finished on time, and on budget.   We love the finished product and have no hesitation recommending Meridian to others.  From start to finish the project went well and I learned to trust that when things weren’t quite right they would be corrected.  Too good to be true?  Not in this case.
